# What do I do if I did not receive my log-in credentials from my installer to view my energy production online or on my mobile device?

You will need to contact your solar installer to have your account set up. They have the ability to create and update system owner accounts for their customers. If they are not responsive or no longer in business, contact Yotta Energy technical support.
