Why does the inverter not generate electricity after connecting the components? Can this shock installers when wiring

Yotta Energy microinverters are distributed inverters. They are not generating electricity if not connected to the grid.  The DPI inverters are equipped with an anti-island function that prevents the PV system from sending power into the grid during a power outage.
